    S56II Series Fluidized Bed Cooler
    The S56II Series Fluidized Bed Cooler is a high-efficiency sand cooling system engineered for foundries to rapidly and uniformly cool hot reclaimed sand—from 150–400°C down to ≤50°C—meeting the stringent temperature requirements of high-pressure molding lines. Based on fluidization heat transfer, it injects ambient air through a perforated plenum plate, causing sand particles to enter a suspended "boiling" state for maximum sand-air contact. This achieves 2–3× higher heat exchange efficiency than conventional vibratory or rotary coolers—making it a critical component in green, smart, closed-loop sand reclamation systems.
    Working Principle
    Infeed: Hot sand (150–400°C) is evenly fed onto the cooler bed.
    Fluidized Cooling: A blower forces air through micro-perforated plates, fluidizing the sand layer—maximizing heat transfer via convection and conduction.
    Residence Time Control: Internal overflow weirs or baffles create staged zones, ensuring 3–8 minutes of uniform cooling.
    Dust-Laden Air Exhaust: Hot, dusty air exits from the top and passes through cyclone + baghouse—emissions ≤10 mg/m³.
    Discharge: Cooled sand (≤50°C) is continuously discharged via bottom rotary valve to muller or reclaimer.
