This machine is mainly used for the mixing of coated sand. Work
organization USES scraper and the rotor relative motion, make the
material in the machine dish can mix in a very short time, make the
sand coated, sand are of good quality and high efficiency, and the
sand block has a good ability of fast break.
Main technical requirements
Disc diameter.......................................... Phi 1200 mm
1) an additional charge... 200-250 kg
Productivity....................................... 3-4 t/h
Bottom scraper speed... 63 r/min
Double rotor speed... 232 r/min
Main motor model...... Y225S - 4
Power.......................................... 30 kw
Rotor motor model...... Y160m - 6
Power.......................................... 7.5 Kw * 2 sets
The main structure
The transmission system includes main motor, rotor motor, narrow V
belt and reducer. The main motor and rotor motor are mounted on the
bracket and are connected with the pulley of the reducer by the
narrow v-belt of the first class and then the deceleration of the
first cylindrical gear. The main motor drives the hollow shaft,
which is driven by the hollow shaft. The rotor motor drives the
rotor shaft, which drives the relative motion of the rotor and the
scraper. The reducer is fixed under the chassis of the mixer, and a
magnetic oil plug is installed in the box to collect the iron scrap
in the lubricating oil to reduce the wear of gear and bearing and
prolong its service life.
Work organization
The working mechanism is composed of scraper and rotor. The two
scraping plates mounted on the column sleeve and the rotor mounted
on the rotor are driven by the reducer output shaft to generate
relative motion. Two bottom scraping plates are welded with carbide
knife blocks to reduce wear.
Lubrication system
Because only partial bearings are immersed in lubricating oil in
the reducer, the machine adopts forced lubrication. The lubricating
system consists of the auxiliary fuel tank and the motor, gear
pump, small oil cylinder, travel switch and reducer on the
auxiliary fuel tank. The auxiliary fuel tank is connected to the
reducer by a connecting device. When the motor is started, the
lubricating oil in the auxiliary tank is passed through the filter,
and the piston of the small oil cylinder is pressed by the oil
pump, so that the travel switch is switched on and the main motor
can be started. The lubricating oil is lubricated by distributing
body and pipeline. Failure occurs when the lubrication system, oil
pressure is reduced, the piston under the action of the spring
reset, travel switch off contact, signal control console is in
failure, the main motor power, the machine stopped running.
(1) the body
It consists of a ring, a leg, a backing plate, a chassis and a
bracket. The ring and bottom lining are provided with water
interlayer, which is cooled by circulating water.
(2) discharge door
There are two types of discharge door, one is manual flip side
discharge, the other is pneumatic side discharge, the user can
choose according to demand.
A) the machine has a base, which is generally installed on the
reinforced concrete foundation and can be installed on the steel
frame. If it is installed on the steel frame, it must be guaranteed
to have sufficient strength and rigidity.
B) after the machine is installed, check the bottom level of the
chassis, and the allowance is 0.5/1000.
C) prior to the operation of the experiment, the relevant personnel
must have a comprehensive understanding of the specifications and
the performance of the machine.
D) before starting the machine, the machine must be cleaned
thoroughly and the machine should be thoroughly checked, whether
there is any loosening of the fastening screws everywhere.
E) add sufficient lubricating oil and grease as required.
F) to start the machine, continuous operation for 2 hours, during
this period should be constantly check whether there is loose
phenomenon everywhere, whether there is abnormal noise and
vibration reducer, lubricating system is normal, then load tests
are carried out. Coated sand production line.
